Rearers get the opportunity to learn from each other and work with our trusted advisors to create the best feed and transition plan which works for their system. Rearers follow gold standard vaccination protocol so calves are set up to be high health for life. A costing model incorporating production costs, along with key performance indicators, sets a transparent payment per head for calves reared and maximises efficiencies.

Growers and finishers receive consistent batches of selected genetics and high health calves. Genetics have been selected on their feed efficiency potential meaning optimal weight gains. Finishers are paid incorporating a set transparent payment per kg of deadweight which is reviewed quarterly. Bonuses are available for meeting key performance indicator criteria to maximise efficiencies across the Green Angus™ supply chain.

Cattle can be easily booked into Scotbeef and feedback is shared on lifetime key performance indicators.
